Terms and Conditions for Training
Introduction
By continuing with the training, you irrevocably agree that, if Think Autism (the “Company” or “we/us”) agrees to your participation as a participant in the training course (the “client”) of Think Autism training, then the terms and conditions of this agreement (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and Think Autism.
Disclaimer
Think Autism, Elisa Ferriggi does not guarantee that the strategies provided be successful for all, nor do we provide any warranty regarding the level of success to be achieved by application of the training provided. Under this Agreement, Think Autism, Elisa Ferriggi is providing information and strategies for the client to better understand autism and improve their own circumstances.
Acknowledgements
Trainer Acknowledgements and agreements
The trainer agrees to provide the agreed training.
- The trainer reserves the right to discontinue training services at any point if the trainer does not feel the client is upholding the contract and/or their duties to the training.
- The trainer agrees to deliver the information as is designed for the participant.
- The trainer will inform participants how else they can gain further support and will have the opportunity to stay in touch by providing their details to Think Autism which follows a privacy policy in line with GDPR.
- The trainer agrees to provide all resources required to accompany the delivery of the training.
Client acknowledgements and agreements
The client agrees to the following conditions in order to participate in the training
- Client agrees to not violate in any way any of the consultant’s property rights, including materials, handouts, videos, and oral presentations without prior written permission from the trainer.
- Client will not make claims to be a professional trained in the methodologies / strategies taught during any training.
- Client agrees to direct all other interested staff/ carers / parents to Think Autism for further information and training.
Payment
An invoice will be sent at the time of booking to the organisation / company / provider or individual and the agreed payment amount must be made at least 2 days prior to training taking place. Delay in payment could result in rescheduling or cancelling of the training or non-participation at the trainer’s discretion. Full payment is required for training whether you decide to attend or implement the training.
Other
Think Autism is committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. By proceeding with the training/ making payment, you agree that Think Autism may, at it’s sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the training should you become disruptive or difficult to work with.
By progressing forward with this training, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
